Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
Final sale items (including clearance or accessories) cannot be returned.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Exchange Policy
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued back to your original form of payment once your return is approved and processed.

Order Changes & Cancellations

After that, the order will begin processing and cannot be modified.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Dream Girl X Co is not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is lost or stolen, please file a claim with the shipping provider.
